Our hours are 10am-8pm CT Monday-Friday. If we are unavailable when you call please leave a message & we will return your
call. Privacy Policy:
Contact information including email address, telephone number,
address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information
including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Lead Time: We tell all
customers to allow 6-8 weeks for your item to ship. If you need to guarantee that your item will arrive in less than 8
weeks we can usually accommodate rush orders. Please see the rush order info on our FAQ page for more information.
Image Use: All images on this website are copyright protected. Please do not
use any of our images for sales purposes without written permission.
Refunds/Cancellations: Each topper is custom cut & crafted. Once your order has been forwarded to our letter supplier, which usually happens
within an hour of your order being placed, we will not be able to cancel or refund any portion of your payment. Please
consider all sales to be final.
In the rare event of a defect we will be glad to make an exchange for you.
You must contact us immediately after receipt of your item if there is a problem.
Shipping Delays/Damage
or loss in shipping: Please be aware that we are not responsible for any shipping delays
on part of the USPS or for any damage done to your item during shipping. We are not responsible for loss in shipment. However,
all packages are insured for the amount of the item purchased and delivery confirmation is purchased on all shipments to ensure
that you are protected from loss or damage. Any and all insurance claims must be filed with the USPS by the customer.
Price Changes: Our prices do change from time to time according to our costs. Please
be aware that once the price has been updated in our web store we will not be able to honor old prices or quotes.
