We offer the following shipping options:
Standard shipping normally takes
around 3-5 business days to arrive to you once shipped! We highly recommend purchasing insurance on your order for $2.75.
We WILL NOT be held responsible for damage or loss in shipping if you do not insure your order. You can also upgrade to Expedited
shipping which will arrive in 1-2 business days once shipped.

We have made shopping online simple & secure with
our online store. You can simply click the Place An Order page to begin your order. You can also
place an order by phone with us Monday thru Thursday at 251-656-0982. If we are unavailable when you call please
leave a message & we will return your call.
Privacy Policy:
Contact information including email address,
telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial
information including credit card numbers, expiration dates & billing address is used solely to bill the customer
for their order. We do not sell our customers information!!
Lead Time:
Please allow approx. 6-8 weeks for your item to ship. If you need to guarantee that
your item will ship in less than 8 weeks we can usually accommodate rush orders. Please see the rush order info
on our FAQ page for
more information. All rush orders must be pre-approved. During peak wedding season our wait sometimes runs a bit longer
than usual. We do require that your event date is listed in the Special Instructions box on our order page so that
we can be 100% sure that your order arrives in time for your event! Please note that engraving may not be available on rush
orders. Items ordered with engraving on unapproved rush orders will be sent without engraving if there is no time to engrave with
the option to return the item to be engraved after the event date or we will refund your fee for engraving minus a refund
processing fee. Metal toppers & some crystal colors may not be available for rush order. Toppers ordered in metal on unapproved
rush orders will be automatically switched to silver acrylic and the fee for the upgrade will be refunded minus a refund processing
fee. PLEASE HAVE YOUR RUSH ORDER APPROVED PRIOR TO ORDERING TO PREVENT THIS SORT OF ISSUE!!
Rush Orders:
PRE-APPROVED rush orders are guaranteed to arrive by the
event date given. In some cases, the order may arrive ON the actual event date given. For this reason, we ask that an event
time be listed with rush orders. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason on rush orders so long as the order arrives
prior to the time of the event on the event date. Delivery confirmation will be used to verify the time of delivery.
If you need to guarantee the order to arrive prior to the event date you will want to email us and have that date approved. PLEASE
NOTE that we will make every effort to be sure unapproved rush orders arrive in time for your event but we CAN NOT refund
an unapproved rush order that does not arrive in time. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR RUSH ORDER APPROVED BEFORE PLACING THE
ORDER!!! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON ON UNAPPROVED RUSH ORDERS!! With rush orders certain items may become
unavailable and may not be available again by the date needed (such as crystal colors). In the event of an out of stock item
we will contact you to arrange a substitute! If we are unable to reach you by phone or email we will substitute at our discretion
determined by the design of your item.

any of our images for sales purposes without written permission.
Refunds/Cancellations:
Due to the nature of our items please consider all sales to be 100% FINAL. Once your order is placed we are
not able to refund any portion of your payment. Refunds will be available ONLY if we, due to our own fault, are not able to
deliver your piece by your event date! If a refund is, at our discretion, considered for any other reason there will
be a refund processing fee! There is a wait time on our items. Please note that we can not refund orders that are not
placed in time to arrive for your event so please check our wait policy and your calendar before ordering! We also suggest
requesting a MOCK of your topper before placing your order to be sure you are happy with your font choice. Please note that
changes in the style of certain accessories can occur without prior notice due to issues with the suppliers of each item.
Items are not refundable due to a change in the style so long as we are still able to fill your order.
Order
Delays/Back-orders: Please be aware that
items used to make your pieces can become back-ordered or can be delayed without prior notice to us. In the case of a back-order
or delay we can not refund or cancel the order unless we are unable to accommodate your given event date. All back-ordered
or delayed items will be shipped out as soon as possible!
Shipping Delays/Damage or loss in shipping:
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any shipping delays, loss during shipment or for
any damage done to your item during shipping. We can not replace or refund any item damaged or lost in shipment. This INCLUDES
melted candles. We suggest using Express Mail shipping on ALL candle orders, especially during the summer months! We
suggest that you insure your order for an additional fee of $2.75. Any and all insurance claims must be filed with the USPS
by the customer.
Price Changes:
Our prices do change from time to time according
to our costs. Please be aware that once the price has been updated in our web store we will not be able to honor old prices
or quotes.
